Notifying person in noteWhen writing a note you need to @mention anyone you wish to be sent a notification alerting them to the note. See screenshot below. There is no 'reply to' feature. Users should simply @ the person who mentioned them in a note to reply.

What happens if I accidently create a record when one already exists?If you create a record and then discover that record already exists - the only way to remove that additional record is from the systems developer. What you will need to do - 1. Copy any notes from the record that you need to have removed and add it to the record you are keeping. 2. You then need to email externalsupport@anglicarewa.org.au with a screen shot of the two records - and clearly indicate which record needs to be removed. Flagging the record that is the duplicate will also indicate to others in the system that this record may be a duplicate.
